OFFICIANT COLLECTIONS

Please Note: With regard to the weddings we officiate, they're 99.9% secular, non-religious ceremonies. The ceremony focuses on your relationship story, your positions as equal partners in the relationship, and poems/readings/song lyrics that are important to you. It's our goal that your wedding guests get to know you better by being at your ceremony.

All of the collections listed below include rehearsal attendance [schedule permitting], informational emails about applying for your marriage license and writing your vows, along with getting all the signatures needed on the marriage license and mailing it to the County Clerk/Register of Deeds.

Full Design, Planning + Coordination

HEAD B*TCH IN CHARGE

The HBiC Collection is for the humans that want someone to guide them through the design + planning processes. With your input, we’ll create a design board to make sure the vision is clear, select an incredible vendor team and source the decor items that are needed to make your ideas come to life. You’ll receive access to our Resource Library which will help you stay organized, keep your planning on track and the stress away!

The base investment for the HBiC Collection is $7,500

Event Coordination

'GOT YOUR BACK' COLLECTION

The GYB Collection is for the couple that has designed and planned all details and are wanting extra support during the month[ish] before their wedding. We handle communication with your vendors and venue, meet [virtually or in-person] and chat about the design and execution details, and make sure the vision is clear before event day. On the event day, we execute your design vision, we are the point of contact for vendors and guests who are needing assistance, and coordinate with your vendor team to keep your event on schedule.

On average, our GYB clients invest $3,750.

Partial Design, Planning + Coordination

PARTNER IN COLLABORATION

The PiC Collection is for the folx that have a vision and need help bringing it together. We’ll help you secure the right rentals, suggest vendors that are top notch, and make sure your timeline flows comfortably. We’re here to help you decide which linens work best, organize and distribute your timeline to your vendor team, and make sure you’re eating and staying hydrated throughout the day.

PREPARED

Your ceremony starts with a template that allows for some minimal revisions to suit your relationship, you select 1-2 readings [either read by the officiant or someone else], and you can choose from vows that have been prepared for you in a “repeat after me” format or you write your own vows.

The investment for this is $400*.

*There are no travel fees assessed as long as your venue is in Madison

We LOVE love. In all forms, colors, shapes, and sizes. Let’s work together and create a ceremony that reflects you as a couple, and the love + life you’re creating together. The ceremony focuses on your relationship story, your positions as equal partners in the relationship, and poems/readings/song lyrics that are important to you. It’s our goal that your wedding guests get to know you better by being at your ceremony. The process starts with a video chat where we gather all of the information needed to write your script. After that chat, we follow up with any final questions via email and start writing! The typical process will have two to three rounds of revisions until the final draft is ready.

The investment for this is $900*.

*There are no travel fees assessed as long as your venue is in Madison
